The Peppertree East Beachside Condos are located in the quaint 3000-citizen town of Melbourne Beach, FL. There are 12 units that are just steps from the ocean, and only a 2 block walk or bike ride to the Intracoastal Waterway. Some of our condos feature a partial ocean view and 2 car garages. We are located in a very unique area. It is one of the only areas in Melbourne Beach so close to the ocean but not in a FEMA flood zone. Peppertree East sits at 12-16ft above sea level making it one of the highest points on the Atlantic side of Florida. Peppertree East was built in 1979 and meticulosly maintained and updated and is proof that in 42 years it has stood the test of time and will continue to do so.  Melbourne Beach is a host of many shops and eaterys. It also has one of the highest rated K-6 Elementary schools in the state. It is also home to a few celebrities and athletes living and passed.  Our parks and landmarks are updated, well maintained and picturesque. The small downtown of Melbourne Beach is a focal point for holiday events and community gatherings. Our beaches here at Peppertree East 6th Avenue are a jewel. What makes it so valuable to our residents is that there are only 6 parking spots that are for residents. A mile north or a mile south of Peppertree East 6th Ave the beaches become crowded, but even at the peak of spring break Peppertree East 6th Ave beach access is virtually empty and always pristine. The activites are abundant in the Melbourne Beach area and the lifestyle is second to none with the tropical weather of the sunshine state and the coastal breezes along with the breathtaking sunsets. Just take a visit and it wont take you long to see why so many of us consider it paradise.
