7/01/22 - Bella Vita Property Management has taken over the management of the community website. Should you need assistance finding information or have any questions, please contact their office via email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or via telephone at 321-327-7971. Community emails will also be sent periodically through their office.
6/3/22 The PE Board and the Property Management Assistance are working with Bella Vita Property Management Company to transition full property management over to Bella Vita. While this process is occurring, the website will have minimal updates and announcements. All of the current documentations that are available on the website are up to date and current.

8/28/21 Ross and Cindy have had a meeting on 8/28/21 10:30am to 11:30am est. regaurding organizing , updating and streamlining the entire budget and finance procedures in order to save money, time and make the finances transparent and user friendly to all board members or future board members.

7/6/21 All Fire Extinguishers have been certified and the Project Key updated.
6/21/21 URGENT! All Fire Extinguishers must be placed in front of the 203C Garage by 6/30/21 12:00pm to be inspected by Cintas. Anyone who does not place thier extinguisher there will be charged for a new one by Cintas.
6/19/21 We will be informing everyone of a scheduled date to have your Fire Extinguisher set outside of the the 203C Garage for Cintas to recertify by order of the Fire Marshall. As soon as we have this infor we will relay it.
6/1/21 Internet: The HOA has signed a new contract with Spectrum and Peppertree East now provides 400mbs/20mbs of Internet as well as the highest Platinum Cable Package. If you wish to cancel your Residential account and use the Bulk services offered by Peppertree East. Simply Reach out by clicking the bottom right corner message tab. We will assist you in getting set up.
6/1/21 Parking: There are new sprinkler heads on the north side of the property where a few people occasionally park. Please Do not park in the grass, We are trying to revitalize this area and protect the sprinkler heads. There will soon be concrete pylons along this area to prevent parking in this area.
6/1/21 Trash: Please start Bagging your empty containers such as Cans, Bottles, Sardine Cans and other sticky and foul smelling items. They are causing bugs and odors when the sun is high. For those of us who maintian the area and have to rinse out the cans regularly, we would greatly appreciate this. For Night Time Saftey a Surveliance Camera will soon be installed in the trash can area.

6/1/21 The Spectrum contract has been signed, notorized, witnessed and delivered. We are just waiting for the green light to start ordering equipment. Which should be this week.
6/1/21 There is now a trash schedule in place and is posted in the trash area and will be sent to all owners.
6/1/21 All gutters have been installed. Owners please check your installs and place brown matching gutter extenders at the base of your downspouts. These can be purchased online or at most hardware stores for under $20.00
5/20/21 Pest Control has serviced the exterior of the property and building 5/19/21.
5/12/21 The Quarterly Property Inspection has been completed. You can see the results and pics under the "Board Members" Tab New Videos of the Sprinkler system rebuild have been posted as well.
5/11/21 The HOA Board Meeting for 5/3/21 has been postponed until 6/7/21 due to the overwhelming amount of work and projects that are still in process and being completed by the board. Please see the Project Key under the "Owners" Tab. If you have any issues you would like to have discussed at the next board meeting please reach out to any board member.
5/11/21 The current Project key and Activity log have been updated to the website.
5/11/21 The Sprinkler system is fully operational now and should last for many years to come. The timer is currently set to start each night at 10:30p.m. and finish at 5:30 a.m. Until we can get all grass in each zone fully healthy again. Thank You for your patience.

5/1/21 There are now resources in the trash bin area that are to be used for maintaining that area. A photo has been posted in the "Property Inspection" section of this website under Board Members.
4/27/21 Voting on The New Spectrum contract and Trash system will occur before 5/12/21 Ballots and all information relating to these two topics will be uploaded to the website and intructions will be emailed to you by 4/29/21.
4/27/21 We are having a problem with the sprinkler system. Our landscaping company is working with Ross to get the issue addressed. There are new videos in the video section of this website under "Board Members"
4/27/21 The garage gutters will be installed on 5/28/21 and the 203 Condo gutters will be installed on 5/31/21. We will email you closer to these dates.
